About Erin Deakins
MEET ERIN
Local roots.
A broader view of housing.
Memphis native. Lakeland neighbor.
Renovation dreamer. Repurposing creative.
Born and raised in Memphis and based in Lakeland, Erin Deakins brings a proactive approach to real estate and hands-on experience across the housing industry. Alongside helping local buyers and sellers, she operates Airbnb properties and corporate housing stays, has worked with general contractors on construction and renovation projects, and has personally purchased, renovated, and flipped homes.
That breadth of experience helps Erin see a property from several perspectives: a place to live, a renovation opportunity, a furnished rental, or a long-term investment. She helps clients ask better questions about a home’s condition, potential, and fit with their plans, drawing on practical experience beyond the transaction itself.
Beyond real estate, Erin teaches violin at Bellevue Baptist Church, sharing her love of music and helping students develop their gifts. Her faith and devotion to God are central to her life, shaping her commitment to serving others with integrity, care, and purpose.
That spirit of service extends into the community through dog fostering and her family’s involvement with Old West Special Trails. For Erin, making a place home includes investing in the people and causes around her.
